WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship ALL our watches from Auckland, New Zealand where we hold the stock.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We ship all our watches for FREE anywhere in NZ by Post Haste couriers. The normal delivery time for our express service is about 2 - 3 days. Unfortunately we have to charge an extra $3.95 for Rural Delivery tracked, otherwise non-tracked Rural Delivery is also free, but takes a few extra days by NZ Post.

WHAT IS FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY?
We are starting to introduce this special service for watches we stock in Auckland. When stated, the price includes express shipping and a lovely watch box, so it's ideal when giving as a present.

HOW MUCH EXTRA DOES RURAL EXPRESS DELIVERY COST?
Our courier charges an $3.95 extra for tracked rural delivery. If you do not want it tracked you can see get free express delivery, but no tracking number will be provided, and it will be delivered by NZ Post.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
No. As our courier service requires a signature, we can not deliver to PO Boxes.

HOW WILL IT BE PACKAGED?
Watches coming via express delivery will be safely bubble wrapped in a nice box. 

HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING WILL MY WATCH BE SENT?
All orders up to midnight are packed the next morning and dispatched around 11am. Orders after 7:30am will generally be dispatched the next morning. We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Express delivery orders will get a tracking code when the watch is packaged and ready to be collected by the courier. All watch orders have a tracking code that will be emailed to you when the watched is packed ready for the courier to collect. You can check the delivery status anytime on our tracking page.
