WHERE IS YOUR ONLINE STORE BASED?
We are based in Rotorua, New Zealand. We do not allow pick ups.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship all our watches from Rotorua.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We ship all our watche orders over $30 for FREE anywhere in NZ using Courier Post. Orders under $30 cost $3.95 to courier. The normal delivery time for our express service is about 2 - 3 working days. Unfortunately, we have to charge an extra $4.95 for Rural Delivery and this can take an extra 2 days to arrive.
HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay using any major credit card or by bank to bank payments with our guaranteed secure checkout.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
All watches come in a nicely presented watch box and in a bubble envelope or wrapped in eco friendly paper for protection.
WHAT IF MY WATCH HAS NOT TURNED UP?
Watches should be delivered anywhere in NZ within 4 days. If it has not turned up, the quickest way to check where it is, is to ring Courier Post. Our tracking page shows all the contact numbers.
WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY?
If the ordered product arrives damaged or fails due to manufacturer error within an unreasonable time period, we will endeavor to replace it for you. We do not accept returns due to "change of mind". Your purchase is covered under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND?
Yes, we happily accept orders from anywhere in the World for delivery to New Zealand customers only.
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. This can normally be done up to 1 day after purchase. Please note that we will not issue a cancellation or refund due to "change of mind". All order cancellations are at our discretion.
WHAT GUARANTEE DO YOU OFFER?
All watches have a minimum of a 6-month guarantee unless specified that it has a longer one. All branded watches have a minimum of a 1-year guarantee. Guarantees do not cover batteries or straps unless these fail in an unreasonably short period of time.
