WHERE IS YOUR ONLINE STORE BASED?
We are based in Auckland, New Zealand. We do not allow pick ups.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship all our watches from Auckland.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We ship all our watches for FREE anywhere in NZ by Post Haste couriers. The normal delivery time for our express service is about 2 - 3 days. Unfortunately we have to charge an extra $3.95 for Rural Delivery tracked, otherwise non-tracked Rural Delivery is also free, but takes a few extra days by NZ Post.
HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay using your PayPal account or any major credit card. When you choose the PayPal option you either log in to your PayPal account, or just enter the details of any credit or debit card when checking out.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
All watches come in a nicely presented watch box and bubble wrapped for protection.
WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY?
If the ordered product arrives damaged or fails due to manufacturer error within an unreasonable time period, we will endeavor to replace it for you. We do not accept returns due to "change of mind". Your purchase is covered under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND?
Yes, we happily accept orders from anywhere in the World for delivery to New Zealand customers.
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. This can normally be done up to 2 days after purchase. Please note that we will not issue a cancellation or refund due to "change of mind". All order cancellations are at our discretion.
